Embedding a Product-Page Bundle on the Home Page

Overview

This article describes how to embed an Easy Bundle Builder product-page bundle—such as a "Quantity Breaks (Buy More, Save More)" or "Pre-curated" bundle etc—directly onto the Shopify store home page or any other standard page using the Shopify Theme Editor.

Core Logic & Setup Procedure

1.Navigate to Target Page:Shopify Theme Editor.

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin panel.
2. Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize to open the Shopify Theme Editor.
3. Select the target page (e.g., Home page) where the bundle should be displayed.

Verification: Confirm that the live theme preview displays the intended page layout.

2.Add Featured Product Section:

1. In the left-hand sidebar, click Add section.
2. Select Featured product from the list of available sections.
3. Click Select product and pick the specific product associated with the bundle (e.g., Inventory Not Tracked Snowboard).
4. Click Select to confirm the product choice.

Verification: Verify that the standard Shopify featured product section appears in the page preview.

3.Add Bundle App Block:

1. Within the newly added Featured product section sidebar, click Add block.
2. Scroll to the Apps section and select the block type matching your bundle configured in Easy Bundle Builder (e.g., Quantity Breaks).

Verification: Verify that the bundle interface renders within the Featured Product section preview on the canvas.

4.Validate & Save:

1. Click on the added App Block to open its setting panel.
2. Confirm that the selected product inside the block settings matches the product selected in the parent Featured Product section.
3. Click Save in the top right corner.

Verification: Visit the published home page URL in an incognito window to verify the bundle block displays and functions as expected.

Constraints & Edge Cases

• App Block Compatibility: The bundle block type selected in the Theme Editor MUST match the exact bundle type created in the Easy Bundle Builder app (e.g., selecting a Quantity Breaks app block for a Gift Card bundle will cause rendering issues or fail to display).
• Product Selection Alignment: IF the product selected in the parent Featured Product section does not match the product configured for the bundle inside Easy Bundle Builder, THEN the bundle widget may fail to load or display incorrect pricing/break structures.
• Theme Support: This feature requires an OS 2.0-compatible Shopify theme that supports app blocks within sections.
