    One reason for this issue is that if users create a bundle, proceed to the checkout, and then return to complete the order more than 2 hours later. We have a policy of expiring discount codes after 2 hours if they remain unused. This measure is in place to prevent the misuse of discount codes. Hope this helps.Few readers
