# Customizing Bundle Design
## 1. Overview
This feature allows merchants to customize the visual appearance—including colors, fonts, typography, and corner styles—across all bundle types (**Mix and Match**, **Pre-curated**, and **Quantity Breaks**). Customization settings can be applied globally to affect all bundles simultaneously or tailored individually for specific bundle types.

## 2. Core Logic / Functionality

### Global Branding vs. Bundle-Specific Customization
Visual settings are governed by a global and local configuration structure:

1. **Global Scope (Applies to All Bundles):**
   * **Location:** Accessible via `App Home > Edit [Bundle] > Design > Branding` OR `Settings > Common settings`.
   * **Behavior:** Modifying attributes under **Branding** or **Common settings** (such as brand colors, typography, or corner styles) updates all three bundle types (**Mix and Match**, **Pre-curated**, and **Quantity Breaks**) at once.
   * **Synchronization:** `Design > Branding` and `Settings > Common settings` share the same backend values. Updating a setting in one location automatically updates and syncs the corresponding option in the other.
2. **Bundle-Specific Scope:**
   * **Location:** Accessible via `Settings > Configure [Bundle Type]` (e.g., **Configure Mix and Match**).
   * **Behavior:** Controls specific customization options unique to that individual bundle type.
3. **Precedence Logic (Last-Applied Rule):**
   * Visual settings operate on a **Last-Applied Precedence Rule**.
   * **IF** a merchant changes a global setting under `Settings > Common settings` or `Design > Branding`, **THEN** that setting overwrites all bundles.
   * **IF** a merchant updates a configuration setting within a specific bundle type via `Settings > Configure [Bundle Type]`, **THEN** the most recently saved selection is the active configuration applied to that specific bundle type.
4. **Instant Publishing:**
   * **IF** a merchant clicks **Save** on any configuration or branding screen, **THEN** the changes are published and reflected on the live storefront immediately.

## 3. Step-by-Step Customization Workflows

### Quick Customization via Bundle Edit
1. Navigate to the **App Home** page.
2. Select the specific bundle you want to modify and click **Edit**.
3. Select the **Design** tab from the top menu.
4. Click **Branding**.
5. Adjust visual elements such as colors and fonts.
6. Click **Save** to apply changes live to all bundle types immediately.

### Full Customization via Settings
#### Modifying Specific Bundle Types:
1. Navigate to **Settings** from the main app navigation.
2. Under the specific bundle heading (**Mix and Match**, **Pre-curated**, or **Quantity Breaks**), click **Configure**.
3. Adjust the bundle-specific layout and design options available on this page.
4. Click **Save** to update the store immediately.

#### Modifying Global Common Settings:
1. Navigate to **Settings**.
2. Locate the **Common settings** section and click **Configure**.
3. Customize shared global properties (Brand colors, Typography, Corners).
4. *(Optional)* Use the **Preview Dropdown** to preview how changes appear across different bundle types before saving.
5. Click **Save** to update all three bundle types live.

## 4. Constraints & Edge Cases
* **Global Overwrite Behavior:** Changing settings in **Common settings** or **Design > Branding** applies globally. **IF** you customize a setting globally, **THEN** it will override pre-existing values across all bundle types unless explicitly re-configured afterward at the bundle level.
* **Instant Live Impact:** There is no draft mode. **IF** a merchant saves changes in either **Branding**, **Configure**, or **Common settings**, **THEN** the updates are deployed instantly to active product pages on the storefront.
